Iconic Minibikes will refund or replace any products that are faulty under the manufacturer’s warranty and the Consumer Guarantees Act, as we stand by our products.
Any goods returned must be in the original carton and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return freight.
Due to the nature of our products we do not provide refunds for accident damage or any damage caused by the customer.
